Information for Parents

Your role as an iE parent is a critical element in your child’s year abroad. In fact, your student’s success is based on the preparation you have provided your child up to this point. We look at it this way – you carry out 98% and we provide the final 2%.

From our first in-home interview to the final handshake we do everything we can to make you feel comfortable that your child will have a safe and productive experience.

You and your child will participate in an intensive and thorough weekend orientation process, and during your child’s time abroad you will receive regular correspondence and information about your child.

After your child returns home, we hope to continue your relationship with iE as your student shares his or experience with future iE students.
